HB 1338 Passed by Senate
On April 4th, we posted an entry on HOA Legi-Slate informing you that HB 1338 - the Homeowner Protection Act - was slated to go the floor of the Senate for a vote. On April 10th, the Senate passed HB 1338 and it will now be sent to Governor Ritter for consideration. Thanks to all of you who contacted your Senators to urge them to vote in favor of HB 1338. Your calls made a difference! We will inform you as soon as we know that the Governor has received the bill, so that you can contact the Governor's office to urge Governor Ritter to sign the bill into law.
