Since 1988, HindmanSanchez P.C. (formerly Orten & Hindman) has assisted associations in their day-to-day general counsel work as well as collection, covenant enforcement, and litigation matters. Both Tom Hindman and Loura Sanchez are nationally recognized experts on community association law, having authored numerous publications and lectured extensively on diverse HOA topics. With offices in Denver and Fort Collins, HindmanSanchez's fourteen attorneys devote their practices solely to community association law, allowing us to excel in achieving 'strength in association' for our community association clients.
