SB 89 Now Available In Final Act Format
The formal Act version of SB 89 is available by clicking here. (The content of this version is the same as the rerevised version that the House passed; it's just now in its final format.) Governor Owens has until June 8th to sign the bill, which we are expecting him to do. Most of SB 89 will become effective on the Governor's signature, so we'll let you know immediately once it becomes law. (Need to know what this bill contains?
