Governor Owens Signs Immigration Bill HB 06S-1017, Which Will Affect "Employer" HOAs
The Denver Post reports that the Governor signed HB 06S-1017 this morning. The law places new requirements on all Colorado employers to verify the legal work status of new hires as of January 1, 2007.
