Governor Ritter Signs Energy Bill Into Law
Yesterday Governor Ritter signed HB 1270 into law. As you know, this new law governs the installation of renewable energy generation devices and energy efficiency measures in homeowners associations. The effective date of the new law is contingent upon when the Colorado General Assembly adjourns - but is expected for sometime in early August.
