Weld County Leading The Country In Foreclosures
This Denver Post article reports that Weld County has the highest rate of foreclosures in the country, with the Denver metro area coming in fifth. Associations rarely remain unaffected when lenders foreclosure on properties within the community and often lose substantial amounts of money due to unpaid assessments. Hopefully, the recently enacted foreclosure law will succeed in lowering the rate of foreclosures in Colorado once it takes effect.
