Senate Judiciary Committee to Hear SB 06-089

The proposed SB 89 will require that Associations adopt written policies setting forth their procedures for addressing disputes arising between Associations and Unit Owners. This is an unworkable requirement since the possible types of disputes are limitless and without knowing the nature of the disputes, a meaningful policy cannot be crafted.
